Your right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. This applies to jars that are still sealed.
Opened jars
Once the seal is broken, a jar can't be returned. Food that has been opened is not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons (BW art. 6:230p).
How to withdraw
Tell us within 14 days of delivery, through the Contact page or at christopher@berryhot.eu, with your order number. You can use the EU model withdrawal form; ask and we'll send it. Then return the sealed jars within 14 days of telling us. Return shipping is at your cost.
Your refund
We refund the order amount, including the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may wait to refund until the jars are back with us. Refunds go to your original payment method.
Damaged, wrong or defective
If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or a jar is defective or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery, with a photo where possible. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, including any return costs.
Cancelling before dispatch
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us and we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
