Medium. It doesn't build across a meal, so it's an easy one to put out for guests who usually skip chilli.

Strawberry extra jam (85%) (strawberries (42.5%), sugar, brown cane sugar, concentrated lemon juice, gelling agent: pectins), roasted jalapeño (5.93%), roasted red bell pepper (5.93%), vinegar (2.96%), cayenne pepper (0.12%), salt (0.06%).

None. Contains no ingredient listed in Annex II of Regulation (EU) 1169/2011.

How do I store it, and how long does it keep?

Store in a cool, dry place before opening. Refrigerate after opening. Unopened, the shelf life is 24 months.

Orders of €60 or more are delivered free within the Netherlands.
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

We ship from the Netherlands across the EU. In the Netherlands delivery is €7,50, and nothing at all from €60. The rate for every other country is on the Shipping page.

Delivery usually takes 3 to 8 days once your parcel is dispatched, and jars travel in protective packaging.

This jam doesn’t last long in my house. The base is a proper strawberry preserve spiked with roasted jalapeño. The result is a sweet-heat balance that’s warm and rounded. Honestly haven’t found a food it clashes with and i’m consistently pairing it with new things . It works anywhere you’d want a little sweet-heat contrast, whether that’s breakfast, a cheese board, or dinner.
